Server Sync is to Connect to the Website through GPRS where as PC sync is to Connect to the PC through data cable/Bluetooth.
My mobile supports PC Sync only, Can I synchronize it or not? If yes then what is the procedure?
If there is a Option of Server sync then you can synchronize to Mjooz.
Can I connect my mobile to Mjooz through PC Suite?
No, you cannot connect Mjooz through PC Suite.
What is meant by synchronization of mobile?
Synchronization of mobile provides services like Mobile Socializing, Contact Backup, Calendar Backup, Trigger SMS, Mobile Chat, Free SMS, SMS / MMS Backup and Popularity Metric.
What is the meaning of Mobile Back Up?
Mobile Back Up means to back up your Contacts, Calendar events – birthdays, anniversaries, meetings, SMS and MMS.
What pin code we need to enter to synchronize the mobile?
Pin No. 1234 should be entered to synchronize the mobile.
What would be the cost of data Back Up online and other features online on a monthly basis?
Rs 100 for one time registration and then Rs. 17/- per month.
Do you charge money for registration of mobile?
No, there are no Charges for Registering Mobile.
Suppose I have all the numbers in phone memory then what would happen after synchronization?
All the numbers would get exported to Mjooz and they will be saved safely in Mjooz Web account.

Access point is operator specific used for connecting to the Internet from Mobile.
Does Mjooz support CDMA phones?
No, Mjooz does not support CDMA phones.
What is the usage of Mjooz.com for CDMA mobile users?
CDMA mobile phone users can sign up and use all the facilities except synchronization of mobile phone.

My registration email id is wrong, how can I change the email id?
You can change it in the Settings option - on the right most corner of your user home page.
Is it essential that the user id should be an email id?
No, it is not essential.
Mjooz is not accepting my Gmail Id for signing up?
Only A-Z,a-z,0-9,.,_ Character’s are allowed while creating User ID.
Can we change user ID?
No, you cannot change your User Id on Mjooz.
Can I send business card through Mjooz?
Yes, you can send business card through Mjooz.
How to send an invitation on Mjooz?
Invitations can be sent on Mjooz through their user id, email address and phone number. It can be sent to Mjooz users as well as non Mjooz users.
How would I come to know the person to whom I have sent an invite has accepted my invitation?
The invitee would receive an acceptance e-mail from Mjooz once your invitation is accepted and subsequently contact would be exchanged.
After accepting the invitation where will the person appear on my Mjooz account?
The contact information of the person would be added into the invitee’s contact list.
How would a non Mjooz user would accept the invitation from a Mjooz user?
The person who is invited will receive either an email notification or an SMS notification over his mobile phone to join Mjooz.
How many invitees I will be able to send?
Unlimited.
One of my friend sent me an invitation but I am not able to see it. What is the way to accept it?
When Invitation is sent to Mjooz users then only he/she can view the Invitation Message to Accept/Reject. When Invitation is sent to non Mjooz users then it will be sent to their respective email id or phone (via SMS) inviting them to join Mjooz.
How to upload my contacts ?
You can upload your contacts by synchronizing or by adding contacts on Mjooz website.
How can I get all my contacts on Mjooz from mobile phone?
By Synchronizing your mobile on Mjooz account.
Where can we import the contacts from?
We can import contacts from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc contacts.
What is meant by "Export as VCard" in Contacts?
This means you can Export Single Contact as Visiting Card.
How can I make my contacts Public/Private? And If my contacts are Public does it means all Mjooz users will be able to see them?
In Settings you can make your contacts Public/Private. Mjooz users would be able to see the contacts if they are made public.
What is meant by "Share Contacts"?
You can Share your contacts with other Mjooz users by selecting the contacts you want to share.
If I add some numbers and their details would it be automatically available on web data base ?
Yes, they are available on the web database.
What does Export CSV Google mean?
Exporting the Contacts in Google compatible format.
What is "Export CSV to Outlook"?
Exporting the Contacts in Outlook compatible format.
How can I trust that you are not going to publicize my contacts?
Unauthorized access is prohibited. Mjooz is a license of VeriSign Privacy Program.
Can I create communities on Mjooz.com?
No, you cannot create communities on Mjooz.
How many free SMS I can send using Mjooz.com and can I send SMS on STD numbers also?
You can earn as much as you want depending on the number of points you earn by syncing your phone, profile updating, referrals sent etc. You can even send free SMS on STD numbers. Please go through the Tariff Plans to check the Free SMS scheme.
What is "Trigger SMS"?
Now you can schedule your SMS for future date and time which means you can wish all your friends a Happy New Year or Diwali today itself. You can even trigger meeting alerts to your colleagues and to yourself in a go.
How many Triggered SMS can we send per day?
There is no limit for sending Triggered SMS in a day.
Do we get an acknowledgement for Triggered SMS?
Yes, we do get acknowledgement 10 min before the scheduled SMS saying that "SMS will be sent within few minutes".
Would I be able to know the people who visited my profile?
No, you would not be able to know about the people who visited your profile.
Would I be able to track my mobile through Mjooz in case I lose it?
Presently No, you will not be able to track your lost mobile.
